A housing project (licensed in 2009) on 260 donums, with 1,822 vertical and horizontal units, costing 154,751,392 dollars, and 95% complete.

A residential city (license No. 2) on 266 donums with 1,277 units of several sizes, costing 193,269,640 dollars.
In operationAgriculture and livestock
An integrated parent-stock poultry project (license 130 of 2021) by Bawadi Karbala, employing 3,500 workers, 97% of them Iraqi.
